It’s a museum that focuses on history – but it’s not just about the past. Many of the works you’ll find here will share their meaning, their uses and their characters to engage you in a conversation that’s relevant today.
They are not works of art meant to be admired, much as they were beautifully carved, painted or chiseled. Their intended purpose has always been to help people find God through worship, prayer and adoration.
We invite you to come in, to share in this important part of our conventual life, to pause and to contemplate with us these great mysteries as so many pilgrims have done for centuries.
